Thermal Store Replacement — Greenstar 4000 Combi, Wrexham

The situation: A Wrexham homeowner's thermal store had become unreliable and inefficient, struggling to keep up with the household's heating and hot water needs. The system was complex, took up a large amount of space and was demanding increasing attention.

What we did: We stripped out the old thermal store and all associated pipework, and installed a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 combi boiler in its place. Copper pipework was run cleanly, a magnetic system filter was added to protect the new boiler, and everything was commissioned and signed off to spec.

The result: The customer now has instant hot water on demand, a much tidier plant area and the reassurance of a modern, efficient system they can rely on.

Planned Boiler Upgrade — Greenstar 4000 Combi, Wrexham

The situation: This Wrexham customer had an older boiler and hot water cylinder that were still ticking over, but getting on in years. Rather than waiting for something to go wrong, they decided to get ahead of it and invest in an upgrade while it was on their terms.

What we did: We took out the old boiler and cylinder, cleared the pipework and fitted a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 combi. A Hive smart thermostat was installed alongside a magnetic system filter, and the whole system was neatly piped up and commissioned before handover.

The result: A cleaner, more compact setup with smart heating controls and no hot water tank taking up space. The customer has full control of their heating from their phone and the peace of mind of a fully warranted, Gas Safe certified installation.

Floor Standing Boiler Replacement — Greenstar 8000+, Oswestry

The situation: An Oswestry customer had an old floor-standing boiler in the kitchen that had given up the ghost. It was faulty, beyond economical repair and eating into valuable room space — it was time for it to go.

What we did: Out came the old floor-standing unit and all the pipework that went with it. In went a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000+ — a wall-hung combi that sits neatly on the wall and freed up the floor entirely. Fresh copper pipework was run throughout, a system filter was fitted and the boiler was commissioned to spec.

The result: The kitchen got its space back, and the customer got a well-installed, high-efficiency boiler that will see them right for years to come. A satisfying job from start to finish.

2. Quotations & Estimates

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are based on information provided at the time of assessment. We reserve the right to revise a quotation if additional work is found to be necessary once a job commences. We will always inform you of any changes before proceeding.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation charge. We will make every effort to attend on time but accept no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
  • For larger installations, a deposit may be required prior to work commencing.
  • Overdue payments may be subject to a late payment charge in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

5. Your Right to Cancel

If this contract was concluded at a distance or away from our business premises (for example, agreed by phone or email), you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you request that work begins during the 14-day cooling-off period and you subsequently cancel, you will be charged a proportionate amount for work completed up to the point of cancellation. To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us in writing at .

6. Warranties & Guarantees

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or work carried out by a third party.

7. Gas Safe Compliance

All gas work is carried out in strict accordance with current Gas Safe regulations and British Standards. We are legally required to issue appropriate certificates upon completion of qualifying gas and heating work. Copies of all relevant documentation will be provided to the client.

8. Liability

Osflow LTD carries appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We accept no liability for pre-existing defects, damage caused by conditions outside our reasonable control, or consequential losses. We will not be held liable for damage resulting from pre-existing faults or concealed pipework that could not reasonably have been identified.

9. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to all areas where work is to be carried out.
  • Disclose any known issues with existing systems prior to work commencing.
  • Ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present during all works.

10. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly in the first instance at or on 07912 536 878. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 10 working days.

11. Data Protection

Any personal data collected in connection with our services will be held securely and used only for the purposes of providing those services. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent except where required by law. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
